WILSONVILLE, OREGON LOCATION: Individual must be a highly organized self-starter, like working with people, enjoy the field of horticulture and have a drive to suceed. Responsible for our NaturalCare customers which includes a range of duties including applying natural and organic fertilizers and soil enhancements to tree and shrub care. Also be responsible for building the ProGrass customer base through new customer sales as well as cross-selling to existing customers. Individual must represent ProGrass in a courteous, professional manner and provide timely follow up to customer requests. Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management practices a plus. Valid and insurable DL is mandatory. State licensed applicator's license is required although the right individual may be trained for this position. Pre-employment drug screen required.

As a Commercial Maintenance Foreperson, you are responsible for overall leadership, productivity, and quality control of a Commercial Maintenance crew.  Works side by side with fellow crew members to ensure each respective commercial account is maintained to high ProGrass standards. Services include mowing, edging, fertilizing, weed control and raking beds in addition to special services. Primary contact for Commercial customers. You are empowered to address concerns our customers may have and suggest remedies when necessary. Valid and insurable DL is mandatory. Pre-employment drug screen

This individual leads, directs and provides quality assurance for crew of up to 5 crew members. The ideal applicant will have the following skills:

• Ability to communicate with custoemrs about their landscapes, both face-to-face and in writing
• Organize and coordinate all facets of landscape construction projects
• Learn and improve upon our current internal work flow process
• Ability to lead a crew, and report to managers and owners
• Uphold all safety standards

This person should be knowledgeable in all facets of landscape construction. Preferred, but not required skills include:

• Experience with pavers, concrete, decking, lawn renovation, aeration, overseeding, irrigation troubleshooting.

• Basic pruning, planting and soil amendment knowledge

WILSONVILLE, OREGON LOCATION:

Responsible for maintenance, appearance and re-planting of Interior/ Exterior Container Accounts for Botanical Impressions by ProGrass, our interiorscaping and urban landscaping division.

Services may include: Interior Foliage and/or Exterior Containers, Roof Gardens, Eco-Roofs, In-Ground Beds. Background in Interior foliage and/or Exterior plants is a must. Willing to obtain pesticides license. This position requires some physical demands. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Customer accounts are high-end so a professional appearance is essential. Ideal candidate must be passionate about plants, thrive in the details and design elements, and enjoy working independently.

Must have Valid and Insurable Driver's license and be willing to take ownership of regular route accounts. Company vehicle is provided.  Outgoing personality, customer focused, attention to detail, must be organized with excellent communication and time management skills. Pre-employment drug screen required. Monday through Friday for normal routes. Occasional weekends and evenings for large installation and Christmas projects.

As an essential component of a successful team, the Premium Care Team member assists the Lead Technician in all facets of our Premium Care service. PremiumCare technicians provide weekly care, including mowing, edging and landscape bed maintenance. Must have the ability to work in all weather elements and stamina to work long hours.  Driver's License not required.  Pre-employment drug screen is required.

This individual assists the Pruning crew in their efforts to maintain the health, beauty and function of trees and shrubs. Provides physical support of Crew Foreman in the removal of debris, pruning and shaping of said trees and shrubs.  Driver's License not required.  Pre-employment drug screen is required.

This individual is charged with marketing all landscape maintenance services that lie within the ProGrass spectrum, including NaturalCare, weekly maintenance and pruning, with the goal of creating sustainable landscapes. This individual must utilize both phone and interpersonal skills to cultivate and grow our customer base through various media and marketing outlets.  Employee should have a good knowledge of all ProGrass services, present himself/herself in a professional manner and have the ability to build rapport.  Valid and insurable Driver's License is mandatory. Pre-employment drug screen is required.  Compensation is through salary base plus commission or straight commission/DOE.
