Green Roof Visit in Budapest
By: Steve Varga 04.23.2010 | Comments: 0Green roof, eco roof, roof top garden... All these terms are relatively new to us in the United States. However, in Europe, the process of converting ugly, hot roof surfaces into cool, beautiful, rainwater-filtering growing space, has been popular and very widespread for quite a long time. European roof systems are tried-and-true examples of installation and maintenance methods which work over the long term.

Next week, my friends at Diadem U.S.A. will be providing me with a personal tour of some of their most successful green roof plantings in the Budapest and Vienna regions.
I will bring back valuable horticultural and design information based on their years of experience. We at ProGrass will then be able to implement these ideas into our eco roof installation and maintainence services.
Keep an eye out for more information in the next week! Steve
