AeratorResponsible for performing the vital task of aerating residential lawns. Individual must be self-motivated and dependable; have excellent customer service and communications skills. Valid and insurable driver's license is mandatory. Pre-employment drug screen.
Responsible for overall leadership, productivity, and quality control of a Commercial Maintenance crew. Works side by side with fellow crewmember to ensure each respective commercial account is maintained to high ProGrass standards. Services include mowing, edging, fertilizing, weed control and raking beds in addition to special services. Primary contact for Commercial customers. Empowered to address any concerns they may have and suggest remedies when necessary. Valid and insurable DL is mandatory. Pre-employment drug screen.
Provides physical support to Commercial Maintenance Foreman and fellow crewmembers. Works both individually and as a team member to ensure complete and thorough service on commercial properties. Services include mowing, edging, fertilizing, weed control and raking beds in addition to special services. DL not required. Pre-employment drug screen.
Individual leads, directs and provides quality assurance for crew of up to 5 crewmembers. Should be knowledgeable in all facets of landscape construction, ranging from irrigation installation, sod installation/replacement, concrete pavers installation, retaining wall construction, and plant installation and maintenance. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Valid and insurable DL is mandatory. Pre-employment drug screen.
Individual assists construction crew and foreman in all facets of landscape construction, including but not limited to the building of retaining walls, irrigation installation, concrete paver installation, sod/bark installation. DL not required. Pre-employment drug screen.
Individual functions as an integral component in a fast paced, complex call center environment. Employee is the primary contact for telephone inquiries that involve landscape concerns, requests for additional service, cancellations, questions, concerns and general information regarding ProGrass and our broad base of services. As part of our Irrigation Department, this person is responsible for the start-up, shutdown, repair and troubleshooting of both residential and commercial irrigation systems. Backflow testing certification and knowledge of water conservation planning a plus. Point of service contact between customer and ProGrass. Valid and insurable DL is mandatory. As the main component in our NaturalCare program, the technician is the sole mechanism that delivers all programs under the NaturalCare banner, from applying natural and organic fertilizers and soil amendments to tree and shrub care. Individual is primary contact for customers' landscape concerns. Technician is also responsible for making observations and recommendations to the customer to promote the continued health and beauty of their landscape. Knowledge of IPM practices a plus. Valid and insurable DL is mandatory. State licensed applicator's license is required although the right individual may be trained for this position. Pre-employment drug screen.
Individual is charged with providing unsurpassed customer service coupled with the complete care of a customer's landscape. PremiumCare technicians provide weekly care, including mowing, edging and landscape bed maintenance. Lead Technicians are responsible for the overall health and beauty of residential landscapes, and if applicable, responsible for the supervision of fellow crewmembers. Must have the ability to work in all weather elements and stamina to work long hours. Valid and insurable DL is mandatory. Pre-employment drug screen.
As an essential component of a successful team, the Premium Care Team member assists the Lead Technician in all facets of our Premium Care service. PremiumCare technicians provide weekly care, including mowing, edging and landscape bed maintenance. Must have the ability to work in all weather elements and stamina to work long hours. Assists Pruning crew in their efforts to maintain the health, beauty and function of trees and shrubs. Provides physical support of Crew Foreman in the removal of debris, pruning and shaping of said trees and shrubs. DL not required. Pre-employment drug screen.
Individual leads, directs, and provides quality assurance for pruning crew of up to four members. Must be knowledgeable in arborculture field and ornamental pruning. Ability to identify problematic areas in trees and shrubs, coupled with the capability to carry out proposed remedy to ensure proper plant growth and health. Direct communication link between customer and ProGrass. Valid and insurable DL mandatory. Pre-employment drug screen.
Employee is charged with marketing all landscape maintenance services that lie within the ProGrass spectrum, including the concept of NaturalCare and creating sustainable landscapes. Employee must utilize both phone and interpersonal skills to cultivate and grow our customer base through various media and marketing outlets. Employee should have in depth knowledge of all ProGrass services, present himself/herself in a professional manner and have the ability to build rapport. Valid and insurable DL is mandatory. Pre-employment drug screen. Salary Base plus commission or straight commission/DOE.
Employee must be able to present all facets of our landscape construction division to customers in a courteous and professional manner. Individual must be able to offer solutions to landscape wants and needs, often times thinking "out of the box" when designing and manipulating a customer's landscape while maintaining ProGrass' standards of promoting sustainable landscapes. Employee must have polished communication skills, both written and verbal. Position is charged with making professional presentations to customers with a well planned and executed landscape proposal.
