A Tuscany Inspired Getaway
To create a piece of the Tuscan countryside on a hill outside Portland, ProGrass crews installed extensive landscape elements, including a long, meandering stream feature with a small waterfall, expansive lawns and lush plantings, stone pavers and a dry stream bed.
This landscape features its own vineyard and a pasture for the homeowners' rescued cow and horse, adding to the feel of the countryside. ProGrass prepared the hillside for grape planting, and the homeowners are able to produce their own wine from the grapes. ProGrass maintains this landscape using our exclusive natural and organic NaturalCare products so the grape quality is not compromised.
The hardscapes of the swimming pool and patio area are softened and a lushness is created by adding ornamental pots filled with foliage and flowers through ProGrass' interior plant division, Botanical Impressions.
The trees, shrubs and perennials in the planting beds were chosen for year-round color and interest. ProGrass placed rocks and boulders in the beds along with the plants to help create a natural, settled look.
