THE CHALLENGE
The Hansen family's new home site had existing drainage issues that needed to be addressed. They were looking for a beautiful yet low-maintenance landscape to enjoy. A set schedule was critical, as they needed the project completed in order to close on their new home loan.
THE SOLUTION
Once the proper drainage was in place, ProGrass installed a new sod lawn, a blend of ryegrass that is not only durable but a beautiful green color and soft to the touch. We also put in a meandering dry-creek bed to give the idea of a water feature without the upkeep.
ProGrass worked with the home contractor to stay on schedule and actually completed the project a day ahead of the contractor's (and the Hansens') schedule.
