If you’ve ever noticed staining along the lower portion of your building, you’re seeing more than just an eyesore, it’s a sign of ongoing water damage. Over time, rainwater running off the top of your landscape beds can hit the soil, splash against the walls, and leave behind unsightly marks. Left untreated, this problem can worsen, leading to erosion, mold, and even long-term structural issues.

For this recent projects, our team:
Removed 4–6 inches of soil along the foundation where the splash-back was occurring.
Installed river rock in its place, creating a clean, attractive barrier that stops soil and water from hitting the building.
Drilled a drainage hole in the curb to ensure water flows away properly, reducing pressure around the foundation.

The result? A low-maintenance solution that prevents future staining, protects the integrity of the building, and adds a professional, polished look to the landscape.
This type of project may seem small, but it makes a big difference in protecting your investment. At ProGrass, we specialize in spotting these issues early and putting lasting solutions in place, so your property not only looks good but stays in great shape for years to come.
